1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sharp Finch. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Eligibility

Sharp Finch is intended only for people age 21 or older. You may use Sharp Finch only if you can legally enter into these Terms and your use is permitted where you live.

3. What Sharp Finch provides

Sharp Finch provides sports analytics, statistical estimates, and informational content. Sharp Finch is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and does not hold wagering funds.

Sharp Finch does not act as an investment adviser, financial adviser, gambling operator, or wagering agent. You decide whether and how to use the information provided.

4. Sports wagering risk and model limitations

Sports wagering involves risk and you can lose money. No pick, projection, probability, edge, expected value, rating, or historical result guarantees a future outcome.

“Best Bet” is a Sharp Finch product label used to rank qualifying selections under our methodology. It does not mean a wager is guaranteed to win or is risk-free.

Model probabilities, market probabilities, projections, edges, expected values, and similar metrics are estimates, not statements of certainty. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Your responsibility

Odds, lines, player availability, injuries, market conditions, and other information may change after Sharp Finch publishes a selection. You are responsible for verifying current information before making any wagering decision.

Sharp Finch does not facilitate wagering. You are responsible for complying with gambling and wagering laws that apply to your location. The availability of a third-party sportsbook does not mean wagering is legal for every user or location.

6. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password and device secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact support@sharpfinch.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Future paid subscriptions

Sharp Finch does not currently process subscription payments. If paid subscriptions are offered, the price and billing frequency will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

A recurring subscription will renew until canceled unless the checkout terms say otherwise. Before purchase, you will be told how to cancel and the deadline for preventing a future renewal charge. Cancellation will stop future renewal charges according to the terms presented at checkout.

Applicable refund terms will be shown before purchase. Unless those checkout terms or applicable law provide otherwise, cancellation does not create a refund for a period already purchased. Rights required by law remain unaffected.

8. Third-party sites and sportsbooks

Sharp Finch may reference third-party sites or sportsbooks for informational purposes. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, eligibility rules, and availability. Sharp Finch does not control their lines, account decisions, outages, or conduct.

9. Intellectual property

Sharp Finch and its original site content, presentation, models, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms allow personal, non-commercial use of the service and do not transfer ownership of Sharp Finch materials.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or redistribute protected content at scale, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or use Sharp Finch in violation of law.

11. Availability and changes

Sharp Finch may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may correct errors. Availability is not guaranteed, and content may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

12. Disclaimers

Sharp Finch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sharp Finch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, wagering losses, lost profits, or losses resulting from reliance on estimates, third-party information, service interruptions, or account misuse. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. When appropriate, material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. The effective date above identifies the current version.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
